Candle Care

Wick Trimming

The longer the wick, the quicker the burn; therefore, trim wicks to 1/4 inch every time you light your candle.

This will give your candle a slower, cleaner and safer burn.

Burning

When lighting your candle the first time, ensure that it burns at least 2-3 hours until the entire top layer is liquid all the way to the edges of the glass vessel. This prevents tunneling and will give you the longest burn time results. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

100% Natural Soy Wax

Occasionally, white marks may appear on soy candles due to the nature of soy wax. This is called frosting and does not affect the quality of the candle.

Rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy candle is a sign that your candle is made with 100% all-natural soy wax and does not affect the performance of the candle.
