Candle Bar FAQ
Are you BYOB and can we bring food?
Yes! Feel free to bring drinks and light snacks. We don't supply drinkware, utensils, plates or napkins, so don't forget those either!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the time of your pouring, we'll issue you a refund! Cancellations less than 24 hours before class will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. To cancel your class, please reach out to us here.
Can Light Points / discount codes be applied to my class?
Light Points & discount codes can only be used for product purchases on our website, not for candle making classes. However, we do offer a 10% off discount to groups of 10+! Please contact us here for a group discount code.
What is the age requirement to pour a candle?
Because our candle making classes include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, participants must be at least 15 years of age. Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver.
Can I book a private class or event?
Yes! You can book a private class with us, or even rent our space for a private event. Private candle making classes require a minimum of 10 people and a max of 25 people. To inquire about private classes/events, please reach out to us here!
Are walk-ins welcome?
Because our studio schedule varies, we cannot accept walk-ins. Reservations are required!
Can I bring my own vessel to pour a candle into?
Our candle vessels must go through safety testing, so we cannot allow you to bring your own. Don't worry though, we have several beautiful vessels for you to choose from!
